The Healing Arts Center & Spa at Cavallo Point, the lodge at Fort Baker just across the Golden Gate Bridge, has a meditation pool, an infrared sauna, a Zen garden and outdoor Jacuzzis, showers and firepits, with treatments, workshops and yoga and hiking retreats. Its Tea Bar opens daily, 11.30am–5pm.
